Located in the heart of Downtown West Palm Beach, the newly redesigned Galley features bold flavors through its new menu, lively mixology bar, pizza oven and wood-fire master grill, paired with a curated contemporary art collection providing the ultimate sensory experience. The artful design flows beyond the dining room and into the kitchen with a mosaic-tiled Marra Forni pizza oven and oversized Grillworks grill. A 25-foot nana wall opens to a lush outdoor oasis featuring terrazzo and marble flooring and an expansive, custom fire pit.

Interactive dining and custom cocktails combine to create a dining experience unlike any other. Expect chef-driven creations, a vibrant atmosphere and creative dishes focusing on global flavors. 

The experiential mixology bar is a craft cocktail destination with a speakeasy feel. Enjoy drinks infused with fruit flavors, twists on classic cocktails, local brews and a specialty wine list. The innovative tableside cocktails offer a personalized approach to mixology including the Smoked Old Fashioned, which is presented in a smoking globe at the table.
